 Andrew Phillip Smith was born in Wales in 1966 and currentlylives in Dublin, Ireland. He is the author of several books about Gnosticism and related subjects, including The Gnostics: History * Traditions * Scriptures * Influence, The Gospel of Philip: Annotated & Explained, Gnostic Writings on the Soul: Annotated & Explained, Lost Sayings of Jesus: Annotated & Explained and the A Dictionary of Gnosticism.
He is also publisher of Bardic Press, which releases new and classic works on Gnostcisim, Celticism, the Fourth Way, the Sufis and much more,and editor of The Gnostic: A Journal of Gnosticism, Western Esotericism and Spirituality.
