 Dash has made a lifetime of exploring this formidable barrier island with all of its hidden secrets. Dash relentlessly researched Galveston's history, delving deep into its past, uncovering many secrets along the way. Many have tried and failed, but few prevailed as long and steadfast as Dash Beardsley in this endeavor.
Legend (and many periodicals) have their own name for him: "The Ghostman of Galveston". He began his journey as a child visiting from his home in "The Heights" of Houston, Texas carrying to the present as creator and owner of "Ghost Tours of Galveston Island" and "The Secret Society Cemetery Tour".
His tour has been called "enriching", "a trip to church, while visiting the strange", "an unveiling of the lesser known history with an air of humor", "one of the most historically enlightening and educational tours of Galveston Island" and by residents "I'll never look at Galveston the same again". Dash is a true steward of Galveston's past, and loves nothing more than entertaining a crowd while giving them a glimpse into a side of Galveston that for decades remained hidden.
