Dr. Thomas Walker has led an interesting life. Chiropractic physician, authority on alternative healthcare, philosopher, master-level martial artist, former U.S. Army Green Beret, artist, musician, science enthusiast, author, he's a modern Renaissance man. Tom has a B.S. degree with honours from Excelsior College and a doctorate, magna cum laude, from Life University.
A child prodigy in science, Tom became interested in natural healthcare and spiritual phenomena from the early influence of his maternal grandfather. His Southern Baptist upbringing also stimulated his interest in religious and spiritual topics. He knew in his heart the great spiritual and paranormal phenomena reported throughout history were representative of a fundamental truth. Tom decided on chiropractic as a career based on his early interest in both alternative healthcare and vital energy, which is central to chiropractic philosophy. He graduated in 1986.
The next decade would bring numerous personal and professional disappointments. Searching for meaning in his life, he began a journey to investigate vital energy in late 1995, using both science and his mystic gifts. Eventually it became an investigation of spiritual, supernatural and paranormal phenomena in general, and resulted in a groundbreaking book, The Force is With Us: The Conspiracy Against the Supernatural, Spiritual and Paranormal. It would be a seven year journey and result in the definitive text on such phenomena.
